Dynatrace is innovating the way how children are educated in STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. Our research shows that early exposure to STEAM can spark children’s interest and influence their future choice of career. Therefore, we start with our projects already in kindergarten to inspire children's curiosity in STEAM, foster an inclusive environment and empower all genders in tech. For this aim we conduct research delving into the intricacies of how children learn and how they best develop skills within these disciplines. Moreover, we conduct several initiatives based on our results that we share with an international education community. 

In 2024, we will be taking part in the "Lange Nacht der Forschung" at three locations in Austria:
