The presentation will show what the brain is for and how it works when you look at the big picture. We will illustrate that what many perceive as errors, such as optical illusions, paradoxically serve as manifestations of our brain's optimal functioning. Following the lecture, various sensory illusions will be presented interactively, aiming to fascinate not only the eyes of the audience but also their sense of touch. After the demonstration, a card game will allow anyone to test whether they can rise above illusions or whether their brain is fooling them.
